Chigvintsev’s bail was set at $25,000, and he was released from Napa County Jail at approximately 2:15 p.m. after posting bail. The Napa County Sheriff’s Department reported that deputies responded to a call regarding domestic violence in Yountville and arrived promptly at the scene. Chigvintsev was arrested without incident and cooperated fully during the process.
While the Sheriff’s Department has not disclosed the identity of the alleged victim, they indicated that the individual is being given time to process the events before further discussing them with detectives. Initial information has been provided by the alleged victim to deputies, but more details remain undisclosed.
Chigvintsev is married to Nikki Garcia, a former WWE wrestler, though it is not confirmed if she is involved in the incident. The couple shares a 4-year-old son named Matteo.
